Abstract

Anxiety has been increasingly recognized as a factor that may influence liver health through physiological stress responses. This study investigates the impact of anxiety on liver health through a survey conducted among 100 participants. The results highlight a correlation between anxiety frequency and liver-related symptoms. Findings suggest that individuals experiencing frequent anxiety episodes reported heightened liver-related issues, while effective anxiety management strategies appeared to alleviate symptoms. These results emphasize the importance of addressing anxiety to improve overall liver health outcomes. The liver plays a crucial role in metabolism, detoxification, and immune response, making it particularly vulnerable to stress-induced hormonal changes. This study highlights a notable link between anxiety and liver health. Anxiety may exacerbate liver symptoms, particularly in those with pre-existing conditions. Effective anxiety management techniques appear to mitigate this impact, promoting overall well-being. Further clinical research is recommended to explore biological mechanisms linking anxiety and liver health
